Savannah, Ga. — At the first major event of his re-election campaign in the General Election, Sen. Ossoff went on offense in front of an energized crowd of over 1,000 Georgians, driving home Mike Collins’ scandal-plagued record of extremism and his vote to increase health care costs for Georgians. 

Sen. Ossoff’s speech comes as Collins faces an active investigation into the illegal misuse of tax dollars, and outrage over his record of bigotry, which includes the blatantly antisemitic harassment of a Jewish reporter and support of the harassment of a Black woman with monkey sounds.

“Mike Collins is a bigot and an antisemite under federal investigation for the illegal misuse of tax dollars, widely known as a man of poor character who lacks the judgment and integrity to serve in the United States Senate. And now, Savannah, now the bigot Congressman, who is only a Congressman because his daddy was a Congressman, wants a promotion. But Savannah, come November, we’ll end his political career instead,” said Sen. Ossoff.
