Ossoff Urged Viewers 8 Times During 30 Minute Debate to Make Voting Plan
Atlanta, Ga. — Throughout tonight’s Atlanta Press Club/Georgia Public Broadcasting debate and while taking questions from reporters afterward, investigative journalist and Democratic U.S. Senate nominee Jon Ossoff repeatedly stressed what he called “the most important message of the evening” – the urgency of making a plan to vote in the January runoff election, and highlighting the start of early voting on December 14.
“We can deliver government that works for the people –– all people. Health, jobs and justice for the people. And that’s why folks need to make a plan to vote with early voting starting on December 14,” said Ossoff.
Ossoff underlined the stakes of the January runoff election repeatedly throughout the evening, saying the ability to rush COVID-19 relief to Georgians and make progress on the fight for health, jobs, and justice for all Georgians hinged on voters turning out to vote in the January runoff election.
The Ossoff campaign continues to organize and mobilize voters across the state as Ossoff meets Georgians where they are to build a movement for health, jobs, and justice, answer questions from the media, and be accountable to the people.
